• Heather Heather Schneiter

My name is Heather Schneiter and I have been teaching in the Arlee School District for the past 17 years.  I love this school and the people in the community.  I was born in Missoula and completed my elementary teaching degree at the University of Montana.  A few years ago, I participated in an Indian Leadership program through Montana State University and received my Master's degree in Educational Leadership with a K-12 principal endorsement.  I truly value education and learning and I hope that this passion is conveyed to the students in Arlee.

I have two children.  Kyla is 16 and Conner is 14 (they have grown a lot since the picture).  Kyla plays volleyball, basketball, and tennis for Big Sky High School.  She is involved in Key Club and is a member of the Health Science Academy. Conner plays football for the Missoula Youth Football and AAU basketball for the Missoula Hoopsters.  He is also an avid chess player, which in turn makes him a great fisherman with all of his patience!

I enjoy reading, hiking, and kayaking.  I like to spend time on Flathead Lake in the summer with my family.
